The 2021.02.01 release must not be used at customer sites and is for bentek employee use only.

The backup server backup.satscada.com is setup to use this release.  Do not use the primary setver for this.

The proxy server and proxy client from the previous production release (2020.01.30) can be used with the new satscada server.
That means customers do not have to upgrade to the new versions of these.
However they can only use sat and cell with the previous version.
If they want to use LEO or WAN then they need to upgrade.

The new proxy server also has a monitor/restart feature that will ensure continuous operation if there are network issues.
